Abstract

The paper investigates the significance to companies of locational and building-related factors in the selection of office premises. Among businesses likely to relocate in the near future, it assesses the relative attraction of the traditional office core and that of suburban locations. The impact upon the decision-making process of financial incentives available in designated locations is also evaluated.
